Ceiling paint?

I have just painted my ceiling , its drying but looks very patchy , is this normal ?Ceiling paint?
As it is drying, it may appear patchy. As hard as you may try, the paint will not be perfectly even everywhere, and therefore, some spots will dry more quickly than others. Wait until the paint is thoroughly dry--probably tomorrow--to decide if you got the coverage and finish you want. A second coat might be called for, but you may feel differently tomorrow!Ceiling paint?
Normal for it to look patchy while drying. A minimum of two coats is required to get an even finished surface, sometimes three. Big difference will depend too on whether you are using silk finish or matt. Silk often finishes with a more noticeable patchy appearance anyway. Silk also shows up imperfections more, I hate the stuff, I only ever use matt. Always allow to dry completely between coats.
Yes you need to do about 3 coats for a solid finish with quality emulsion not the stores own brand cheap watered down shite.
Yes, you might have to give it a second or third coat , depending on the ceiling.
When it is dry give it another coat.
yea, I say another coat as well.
