What is the best way to paint drop ceiling tiles?

I'm doing a project for someone and they want their ceiling tiles painted too. Is it best to roll the paint on or spray paint them? And what's the best kind of paint for the job? Thanks!!What is the best way to paint drop ceiling tiles?
You'll want to remove them for painting. The easiest way is to use a roller, but make sure that while using a roller, that the panel is lying flat. They are fragile and break easily. You will want to remove the tiles to paint. Depending on the tiles you can probably either roll or spray. Good Luck
