Go with that dark blue and then use a dark grey and rag it over the blue as clouds. You may want to also mix the dark grey and the dark blue together and rag that color in there as well to help blend it all.How do I paint my ceiling to look like a stormy night sky?
try sophisticated blue from cil and use a white glaze or a lighter shade of blue to add dimensions my bathroom ceiling looks like night at dusk with that color...... its really nice.. go to home depot and ask to see the color chip..... if you cant find it i can give you the formula and take it to Home Depot and they can make it... I purchased it in Canada

Good luck!
Paint the base color yourself and then hire a faux painter to finish up
